Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 August 2026 · studio.xnet.moe
Xnet (“the Service”) helps creators and small businesses produce short vertical videos with AI and publish them to their own social accounts. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account at studio.xnet.moe.
1. Accounts
You register with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping the password safe and for everything done under your account. You may delete your account at any time by writing to the contact address below.
2. Your content
Videos, scripts and images you create in the Service belong to you. We store them so the Service can work, and we do not publish anything without an action from you. You are responsible for making sure your content complies with the law and with the rules of the platform you publish it to.
3. Connecting a TikTok account
You may connect your own TikTok account through TikTok Login. Doing so lets the Service upload videos you created to that account and read public statistics of your own videos. The Service never posts to accounts you have not connected yourself, and never acts on behalf of other TikTok users. You can disconnect at any time, in the Service or in your TikTok settings.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines. Do not use it to operate accounts you do not own, to impersonate anyone, or to run automated engagement schemes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. AI generation depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable or produce unexpected results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions taken by the platforms you publish to.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
